ANDREW CUMMINS

CHAIRMAN ADVISORY BOARD, CVC ASIA PACIFIC

Andrew Cummins is Chairman of the CVC Australia Advisory board. He joined CVC Asia Pacific in 2000 after working as a consultant to CVC Capital Partners in 1998 and 1999. Previously, he was a board director of Inchcape Plc, a Strategy Director at Fosters Brewing Group, Chief Executive of Elders Investments and a Partner at McKinsey & Company. Mr Cummins has a Bachelors degree from Monash University, Australia, a graduate business degree from the University of Newcastle, Australia and an MBA from Stanford University in California, USA.

BEN KEEBLE

MANAGING DIRECTOR, CVC ASIA PACIFIC

Ben Keeble is a Managing Director of CVC’s Australian team. Mr Keeble joined CVC Asia Pacific in May 2007. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Financial Sponsors and General Industrials at UBS Investment Bank in Sydney, where he was involved in a significant majority of the large LBOs completed in the Australasian market, including a number of CVC Asia Pacific's investments. Mr Keeble holds an Honours Degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Bristol.

ROY KUAN

MANAGING PARTNER, CVC ASIA PACIFIC

Roy Kuan is a Managing Partner responsible for Greater China, South East Asia and Korea. He joined CVC Asia Pacific in 1999. Previously, Mr Kuan worked in Citigroup’s Asia private equity investment team, focusing on South Korea and the Philippines. Mr Kuan holds a BA degree from Georgetown University, USA and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA.

ROLF KRECKLENBERG

MANAGING DIRECTOR, STELLA GROUP

Rolf Krecklenberg is the Managing Director of Stella and responsible for the evolution and strategic direction of Stella Group. Mr Krecklenberg joined Peppers in 1999 as Managing Director and shareholder prior to Peppers being acquired by Octaviar in March 2005. Prior to joining Peppers, Mr Krecklenberg held various senior industry roles internationally.

CRAIG CHAPMAN

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, OCTAVIAR LIMITED

Craig Chapman is the CEO of Octaviar Limited and CFO/Company Secretary for Greencross Limited. With more than 20 years experience in the tourism and property sectors, Mr Chapman has held senior finance and operational roles with Sea World, Sea World Nara Resort, Ramada Hotels & Resorts, Hayman Island, Stamford Hotels & Resorts, Islands Hotels & Resorts, Jones Lang LaSalle, Travel Online and S8 Limited. Mr Chapman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, is an Associate CPA, holds a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

STEVEN BECKER

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, STELLA HOSPITALITY GROUP

Steven Becker is the Chief Financial Officer of Stella Hospitality Group. Mr Becker has more than 6 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector. Prior to joining Stella Hospitality Group, Mr Becker was the Global Operations Leader for Flight Centre and worked in Corporate Finance for Ernst & Young. Mr Becker holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of a Commerce Degree and a Graduate Diploma of Investment and Finance. He is also member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is also a Member of the Financial and Securities Institute of Australia.

ARNOLD CLOETE

GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, PROTEA HOTELS

Arnold Cloete is the Group Financial Director and a Board member of Protea Hotels. Mr Cloete is a Chartered Accountant with a Degree in Accountancy from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. With a vast audit and finance experience gained over fourteen years, he joined Protea Hotels in 1992 and in 1994 was appointed to the Board of Directors.

BOB EAST

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, STELLA HOSPITALITY GROUP

Bob East joined Stella in early 2006. With more than 20 years experience in the hotel industry, Mr East has an extensive background in the operational and commercial aspects of resort and hotel management. Prior to joining Stella, Mr East spent seven years with Mirvac in senior development and operational roles both within Australia and internationally.

ARTHUR GILLIS

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR, PROTEA HOTELS

Arthur Gillis is the Group Managing Director of Protea Hotels. Mr Gillis has more than 30 years’ experience in the hotel industry and has been the recipient of numerous prestigious industry awards. He is a graduate of the Johannesburg University School of Tourism & Hospitality, South Africa and has taken several courses at Cornell University Ithaca, USA, including the Advanced Management Program.

KEITH STANLEY

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, STELLA TRAVEL SERVICES

Keith Stanley has over 30 years experience in retail management and marketing. Prior to joining Stella in 2007, Mr Stanley spent 15 years at Flight Centre, with positions including Executive General Manager: Product, Marketing & Distribution, Initiative Leader, Global Multi-Channel Strategy, Global SWOT Executive and Global Marketing Manager. During this time, Mr Stanley worked directly with Graham ‘Scroo’ Turner on the vision, strategy, plans and operational results for Flight Centre as well as developing a blueprint for the company on how to tackle a changed competitive market and multi-channel environment.

SUNNY YANG

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, STELLA TRAVEL SERVICES

Sunny Yang is the Chief Financial Officer for Stella Travel Services. Mr Yang joined Peppers in 1998 which was acquired by Octaviar in March 2005. Mr Yang has over 12 years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry with previous roles as financial controller for Stella Group, Peppers, Radisson Hotels and the Millennium Group.
